Television and Public Appearances
In my first career, I had the privilege of spending almost 20 years as an evening television news anchor at CBS stations throughout Texas and the Tennessee Valley, with national appearances on MSNBC and CBS. In addition to anchoring, I covered most of the health reporting, earning three Emmy nominations for my stories and an Edward R. Murrow award for my newscast.

Girl power!
Health has always been a passion of mine. It was a joy to share people’s stories in hopes of reaching someone who truly needed the information. As a journalist, I was gifted a platform to educate, entertain, and enlighten through words and video. I was also fortunate to have an outlet to organize community-wide and corporate health fairs, offering free screenings to whoever wanted and needed them.

Emceeing the Multiple Sclerosis Walk
Connecting with the community became a mission of mine. Over the years, I was invited to emcee dozens of large-scale events for health-based organizations, including:
American Heart Association
American Cancer Society
Muscular Dystrophy Association
Multiple Sclerosis Society
Now, my focus is working one-on-one with clients to share this passion, knowledge, and more recently, years of specialized training centered on your health and wellbeing.
I learned as a journalist that everyone has a story. Your story is unique to you and is a roadmap to where you are now.
Many times when clients see the path where they’ve been, it makes sense why they’re dealing with their current health issues. It’s also a wonderful starting point to create the vision of where you’d like to be.
